The Vellum Steeple is a library located in the city of Uthodurn's Deliberation Disc.[1][2] While the location is not owned by the Cobalt Soul, they are known to work with some of its members. It contains an arrival teleportation circle to which the party purchased access in perpetuity, and a circle which sends those entering it to Palebank Village to the northwest.[3]
The Scribewarden of the Archive is Ressia Uvesic.
Description[]
The Steeple is a massive curving tower of blue marble that joins seamlessly into the rock ceiling of the Deliberation Disc.[4] On the interior, there are high stone walls with carved alcoves surrounding a central forum with a chandelier bearing five enchanted light globes over a large front desk.[5]

"Manifold Morals" (2x74)[]
The Mighty Nein entered the Vellum Steeple to research sightings of a white dragon.[6]
"Refjorged" (2x76)[]
The group used the teleportation circle to get back quickly to Uthodurn after fleeing from Gelidon, nicknamed "the Nightmare in Ivory".
"Family Shatters" (2x96)[]
The Mighty Nein used the teleportation circle inside the library to get Caduceus's family to Uthodurn.[7]
"Ripples" (3x53)[]
Chetney Pock O'Pea, Fearne Calloway, Fresh Cut Grass, Imogen Temult, Deanna Leimert, and F.R.I.D.A. visited the Steeple and met with Ressia Uvesic in an attempt to learn more about the consequences of the Apogee Solstice and the arcane magic drain that seemed to have occurred in connection with it. They requested the Steeple research Ludinus Da'leth.
"Hope Within History" (3x55)[]
The Vellum Steeple delivered the information Bells Hells had requested about Ludinus, and provided information about Molaesmyr and the Savalirwood as well, since the archive led most of the expeditions to the ruins.[8]
