Vasilios is a male cloud giant and, as of 836 PD, War-King and co-ruler of cloud giant city-state Jovatthon alongside his husband, City-King Ardokles. He is considered "beloved and charismatic", in contrast to his more "fearsome and stern" husband.[1]
