The Trove of Marwa is a shop located in the Lantern Spire of Jrusar[1] owned and managed by Marwa Endalia after her father passed away from an unknown illness.[2]
Description[]
The shop is built within the remains of a sunken ship deposited in the Lantern Spire by a huge storm about twenty years prior to 843 PD. Marwa's father convinced a Mahaan house that owed him a favor to let him keep it rather than demolishing it, on the condition that he would "make it not a genuine eyesore."[3] The ship itself is slightly cocked at an upward angle. There are portholes along the side and moss growing along the edges, with plants also growing on parts of the ship. The shop is especially an oddity given its location around other structures in the industrialized district of the Lantern Spire.[4]
The interior of the shop is intricate and beautiful, illuminated by blue lanterns. The ceilings are low and the area is rather cramped, unsurprisingly for a structure made from a renovated ship.[5] Curios and junk are strewn around the inside of the shop without much organization, and Marwa doesn't keep good notes of the items in stock.
The ship hold is used as a storage area for many of the items, and is accessed via a trap door.[6]
History[]
Prior to visiting, the soon-to-be-named Bells Hells had considered going to the Trove of Marwa twice before for items[7][8] but ultimately chose to go elsewhere (once to Advik's Wandering Curiosities and Collections,[9] and once to the Prism Emporium).[10]
"Make It Fashion" (3x12)[]
The party purchased a Potion of healing, an Eversmoking Bottle, and a Rope of Climbing. Marwa indicated that she had a vial of blood from a witch from the Oderan Wilds, but could not find it. The next day, Laudna returned to find that Marwa had begun organizing the shop, and had found the vial, which Laudna purchased.
