On Travis Willingham's Yee-Haw Game Ranch Travis Willingham and Brian Wayne Foster play new and old games every other Tuesday. With weird lore, crunchy cheese snacks™ and fresh video games, its debut was on February 26, 2019 at 4pm Pacific on Twitch. The VODs are available immediately for Critical Role Twitch channel subscribers and are available every other Thursday morning on the Critical Role YouTube channel.
Beginning 21 April 2020, due to the hiatus caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the show was re-named "Yee-Haw Off the Ranch" and featured Ashley Johnson and Brian Wayne Foster.
As of July 2023, the show is no longer available on the Critical Role YouTube channel.[1]
Lore[]
Every episode is briefly interrupted by a puppet character that gives a little more information on the ongoing Great Species War going on in the Gameverse. Travis is the Chosen One and is treated with a modicum of respect by the puppets, but Brian on the other hand is roundly insulted and belittled, sometimes quite harshly, addressed by such terms as Emaciated Bitch and a liability. The map of the Yee-Haw Gameverse shows that there are twelve realms: Game Ranch, Prehistoric Ranch, Cool Ranch, Holiday Ranch, Neo Gameland 2929: Future Ranch, Steampunk Ranch, Jungle Ranch, Spooky Ranch, Hellfire Ranch, Ice Ranch, Fantasy Ranch, and Water Ranch. The Gameverse has been shattered by Bast'Alar the feline Warlock, and the Chosen One (Travis) is the key to fixing the problem.
