Thunderchaser is a half-elf scout of the Emerald Outpost in Tal'Dorei.
In an adventure hook that can be set in 812 or 836, Thunderchaser returns to the Emerald Outpost from the Daggerbay Mountains bearing the lightning-charred corpse of a hill giant that has one of its eyes ritually gouged out, causing a stir at the outpost.[1][2]
