Tanvir, who calls himself The Rake, is a dwarven member of the Paragon's Call. As an NPC, Tanvir is played by Matthew Mercer.

Appearance

Tanvir is a male dwarf with a brown mohawk and long sideburns that go past his chin and have rings attached to them at the bottom. He has no thumbs on his right hand. When Bells Hells first met him, Tanvir wore spiky shoulder pads and held a big cigar.

Biography

Waiting in the ground floor of the Raha Den, Tanvir with along with a group of nine other members of Paragon's Call confronted Bells Hells in the morning as they were descending the stairs. He informed the group that their suspicious "moping about" the Seat of Disdain the day before had been noticed and he wanted to know the reason behind it. When Laudna told him they were looking for their leader, General Ratanish, Tanvir at first did not believe them. However, through the intimidation of Laudna's Unsettling Presence and the persuasion of Ashton's actual offer of employment from the general (confirmed by one of the Paragon's Call members), he provisionally accepted their story, giving them until the next day to contact Ratanish and potentially join Paragon's Call.

The next day, he was summoned by Bells Hells to the back gate of the Seat of Disdain. Recognizing them, he escorted them deeper into the courtyard to meet with Ratanish. Tanvir was crushed when no one understood his self-proclaimed title of "The Rake".
