Creature Conjecture[]
I'm wondering if the creature here is an Oblex. They basically eat memories and create clones of their victims, in which case Shady Sally might be dead. Billcasey247 (talk)
- For purposes of the Wiki article, I think we should minimize conjecture. I've seen some people making comparisons to an elder brain, I've seen comparisons to a myconid sovereign, and I've seen a few suggestions of an elder oblex, but none of the comparisons are perfect; it seems homebrew, rather than a straight pull from existing monsters. For now, all we can do is gather what information we do have and present it, rather than try too hard to make it fit an existing template. –Durandal's Fate (talk) 04:00, 26 August 2023 (UTC)
