Starmian Fiddleflask was an older halfling survivor of the final battle of the Calamity from Torm's Hill. As an NPC, Starmian Fiddleflask was played by Brennan Lee Mulligan.

When Starmian was found in the wreckage of the prison of Rybad-Kol, he was dust-covered and thought he must be dead.[1]

Background[]
Starmian was one of the traveling companions of Rei'nia Saph, from the village of Torm's Hill, when they were captured by followers of The Strife Emperor and imprisoned in Rybad-Kol. He had been there for many years, but maintained the hope that someday he would see rain again.[2]
"Give and Take" (E4x01)[]
Starmian (along with his fellow survivor Gond) was found amidst the wreckage of the ruined prison by Garen after the final battle of The Calamity which took place there. He and Nia joyfully reunited. He was part of the group of twelve survivors who set off northward, but along the way he succumbed to thirst and exhaustion and passed away, saying he just wanted to feel water again with his hand-- it had been a long time. Just after his death, a lightning bolt split the sky and rain began to fall.
"Seven of Them" (E4x02)[]
Filled with sorrow, Gond Gulfsome carried Starmian's body for days, refusing to abandon it, until they all arrived to Torm's Hill. The next day, after defeating some soldiers from the Strife Emperor, the locals buried their death in a cemetery near the Larksbrook river, and Starmian was put to rest there too.
