Sruwargas is the capital and largest city of the Taloned Highlands, and the seat of the Stratos Throne.[1] It is located high among the mountains of the Coven Peaks, the southern mountain range of the Highlands.[2]

- Otohan Thull: Otohan was associated with the city and became known as the "Legend of the Peaks".[3]
- Galtheid of the Ember Vigil: Archmage of the city. He was involved in the Apex War and was present at the gathering of Exandrian leaders in Vasselheim after the takeover of the Tishtan excavation site by Ruidian forces following the Apogee Solstice of 843 PD.[4]
