The Wilders who ride simurghs are called sky wardens.[4] At any given time, 20 to 40 are patrolling the skies above Jrusar.[5]

When the party later named the Bells Hells broke into Dugger's home, a sky warden quickly spotted their suspicious activity at the door and descended to investigate, but the party slipped away into the house before they were caught.[6]
