A Ring of Obscuring is a magic ring that creates a cloud of fog to cover its wearer.
Description[]
Appearance[]
The Ring of Obscuring given to Sken Zabriss is made of iron and resembles a winking skull. The ring is cold to the touch.[1]
Properties[]
The ring has three charges and regains 1d3 charges each day at dawn. The wearer of the ring can use an action to expend a charge and cast Fog Cloud centered on themself. The cloud lasts for one minute and doesn't require concentration. [1]
History[]
Dangerous Designs[]
Huron Stahlmast acquired a Ring of Obscuring and gave it to Sken Zabriss to help her escape from Gearhole Prison.[2] She used the ring to cover her escape when she encountered an adventuring party in the streets of Hupperdook.[3] When that adventuring party was hired to capture her, they could claim the ring for themselves.[4]
