The Relics of the Red Solstice are unique, powerful artifacts blessed by the gods following the Apogee Solstice of 843 PD and the subsequent struggle to prevent Ludinus Da'leth's plan to release the god-eater Predathos from his prison within the red moon Ruidus. They are very similar to the Vestiges of Divergence and, like them, grow in power with the experience, force of will, and strength of character of the bearer. However, since they were blessed after the Divergence they bear a different name.[1]

Seedling[]

When Orym of the Air Ashari communed with the Wildmother at the Birth Heart in Vasselheim, the goddess enhanced his short sword Seedling,[2] which had previously been blessed by her at Zha'Vrollo, a temple of Sahyaadon dedicated to Serataani in the Gloomed Jungles of Marquet.[3]
Ring of Remembrance[]
The Ring of Remembrance was created by the Arch Heart in their domain from a strand of their hair caught in the mouth of the wishing star that was once Selena Erenves. While crafting this ring, the deity explained that they could now let go of someone who was once dear to them. As the ring fully manifested on Imogen Temult's finger, the dissipating star groaned and sighed in relief before exploding.[4]
Trivia[]
- Seedling was the first known Relic of the Red Solstice, followed by the Ring of Remembrance.
- The Coin of the Changebringer was not explicitly identified as a Relic, despite apparently being a magic item blessed by a god during the crisis.[5]
