Quatell (pronounced /kwɔːˈtɛl/)[1] is a gnome seamstress and the owner of the Golden Veil. As an NPC, Quatell is played by Matthew Mercer.

Quatell is a small gnomish woman with a grand smile and wrinkles at the corner of her eyes. She wears immaculate eye makeup with a golden filigree curl at the end of each eye, and a power suit type garment with a large pincushion strapped to her shoulder. Her hair is worn in an almost victory rolls style. [2]
