A Potion of Heroism grants the drinker 10 temporary hit points for 1 hour. For the same period of time, the drinker is under the effects of the Bless spell. The potion is blue and steams and bubbles as if gently boiling within its vial.

History[]

In Cael Morrow, a sea elf survivor of the Calamity named Olara has two of these potions in her tavern.[3] Within the Netherdeep is hidden a potion that combines the effects of a potion of heroism with a potion of healing (superior).[4]

While in the Whitestone branch of Gilmore's Glorious Goods, Orym discovered a Potion of Heroism that had fallen in a crack and been overlooked when the rest of the goods were commandeered for use in the military immediately following the events of the Apogee Solstice of 843 PD. Because the potion had been written off as stolen on the shop's inventory, the clerk, Jerry, sold it to Orym for the discounted price of 200 gold and a promise to say nothing to anyone about where he got it.[5] Orym later gave it to Fearne, who drank it just before absorbing the Spark of Rau'shan.[6]
