The Portcaller is a position in Clovis Concord member city Brokenbank. Because Brokenbank, unlike other major cities in the Clovis Concord, lacks a marquis, the position of leadership de facto falls to the Portcaller.[2]
The only known Portcaller of Brokenbank is Mazin Fahreed, a male Tabaxi[1] who performs the duties of a marquis without the title or position.[2]
