Description[]
Appearance[]
Pango is a 7 or 8 feet tall giant of purple skin, two eyes and a big nose. He wears stolen green clothes.[1]
Personality[]
Pango is somewhat shy, and easily embarrassed, particularly in front of Bunnie.
Biography[]
Background[]
Pango grew up underground with his family. At some point, a red substance, the "seep", covered his home, trapping many of his people, including his brother Wango. Eventually, he teamed up with the Menagerie and became an adventurer.
"Critical Role plays Daggerheart" (Sx83)[]
When the Menagerie was looking for their first job Pango and Oppy suggested to work for free in order to attract clients and show their skills; they ended up following that plan when people from the Velvet Grove appeared asking for help fixing their home.

After staying for a bit in the house of a veteran adventurer, Everett, the Menagerie went to the forest, finding signs of corruption that both Oppy and his sister examined; Pango was interested, since it looked similar to the seep, although not exactly the same. Later, when they were attacked by hedge bears, Pango joined the fight, and although he was somewhat shy around Bunnie, her encouragement helped him kill one of the beasts. After that they continued moving, and when they found the river, showing signs of corruption, Pango confirmed that it wasn't the same substance that destroyed his home; there they were attacked once more by creatures of the forest, and the giant dealt with most of them without effort. When they finally found the source of the corruption they were attacked by a mindless Boko, the Glen Warden, and after Sweetpea restrained the guardian with her Shadow Bind, Pango attacked; however, the nature entity defended itself, and the giant ended up restrained by the vines for a while, until he finally broke free and threw Sir Danté Terrapin towards the source of the corruption, destroying an abscess and freeing Boko in the process.
"The Menagerie Returns!" (Sx84)[]
After their adventure in the forest, while the rest of the Menagerie were traveling to Bunnie's hometown to investigate, Pango decided to leave temporarily and go underground, in order to do some research and learn about the potential connection between the Seep and the corruption they had just cleansed.

- Like many other characters played by Sam, Liam O'Brien was the one choosing the initial class and lineage.
