Biography[]

As the Voice of Memory, Ouestra is responsible for the preservation of Syngornian history and culture, and is often seen interacting with other elves to gather new memories for the archives.[3] She resides in a "tower of moonlight" in Syngorn's Memory Ward, which she rarely leaves.[2]

Relationships[]

Ouestra is beloved by the people of Syngorn as a vocalist and the most revered and socially powerful of the Wardens of Syngorn. All of Syngorn pays heed in the rare event of her exit from her tower.[2]

Abilities[]

As a vocalist beloved by the people of Syngorn, it is said that Ouestra's song can control moonlight and "bring light to the abyss".[1]
