The Othendin Pass is a valley on the southwestern edge of the Cliffkeep Mountains in Tal'Dorei.
Description[]
The Othendin Pass is a large, rocky ravine surrounded by tall cliffs. The ground is dry and cracked, with sparse bushes and trees.[1]
History[]
The Othendin Pass was stone giant territory until the human expansion arrived, discovered rich mineral deposits, and clashed with the giants until the giants were forced to retreat into the northeastern mountains.
After the Scattered War the humans established Fort Daxio to protect their gains. However, possibly due to the lack of giants, the population of bulettes in the region began to grow. This has made travel difficult for those attempting to cross Othendin Pass, as well as the military forces stationed at the fort.[2][3]
