Biography[]

Background[]

Inhabiting the ruins of Ghor Veles, Oracs is building an undead army to consolidate his hold over the Miskath Strand.[2]

"The Ruined Sliver" (2x104)[]

While exploring the Ruins on Rumblecusp, the Mighty Nein heard whispers in Infernal coming from the surrounding fog, saying "Your warmth is ours," "Oracs demands our return," "Broken and taken. Displaced, we suffer," and "Left here. Hungry. Never returning. Taken." Written on the walls of the central, sheared-off tower in Infernal was the phrase: "The one of twelve here to guard for all of time."[3] The apparent leader of the ghostly undead creatures was in a sarcophagus engraved "Lord Cioro".[4]
