Oliver Schreiber is an older male gnome and assistant to King Bertrand Dwendal. He has served as Retainer to the Crown to three generations of the Dwendalian royal house. Secretly, he is also the head of the Augen Trust, the Dwendalian Empire's spy network.[1]

"Punishment and Politics" (2x87)[]
Oliver was present during the Mighty Nein's audience with King Dwendal following the Angel of Irons cult's attack on the Chantry of the Dawn, where he was recognized as the Retainer to the Crown by Caleb Widogast and Beauregard Lionett.[3] He remained silent throughout the meeting, and whispered something to Dwendal once it was adjourned.[4]

- In Campaign Two, Matthew Mercer and Matthew Colville discussed plans for Colville to play Oliver Schreiber if the Mighty Nein had gotten more deeply involved with rooting out corruption in the Dwendalian Empire.[5]
