Obarra was an ancient city that mysteriously disappeared after the Age of Arcanum.
As of 835 PD, new information about Obarra had recently been uncovered, as writings of the lost people of the Quoraska Jungle, on the Menagerie Coast, apparently contained hints that they knew of the city and to where it had disappeared.[1]
