Noshir Dalal is an actor and voice actor best known for performance capture and voiceover work.[1] He appeared in "Mortal Kombat 1 One-Shot: Sindel vs. The Realms" (Sx78) as Rain, high mage of Outworld (the part he played in the Mortal Kombat 1 video game) and in Candela Obscura: Circle of Tide & Bone as Rajan Savarimuthu. He plays The Emissary, an Earth Genasi Barbarian in Campaign Three's July 2024 Downfall special.
Background[]
Noshir describes himself as "pretty damn ethnically ambiguous", of Japanese and Parsi descent, and a huge nerd and avid gamer.[2] He played Charles Smith in the video game Red Dead Redemption 2 and Admiral Rampart in Star Wars: The Bad Batch.
Noshir got his first taste of acting at the University of Rochester, New York, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in 2003. From there, he moved to New York City and spent the next ten years doing stage work and receiving martial arts and hostile environment training before moving to the Los Angeles area.[2][3]
