Moon-Touched Sword

A Moon-Touched Sword is a bladed weapon that, when unsheathed in darkness, glows with moonlight.^[1]

Description[]

Moon-touched blades are common items; the enchantment can be placed on any sword. When a moon-touched sword is unsheathed in darkness, it illuminates an area of 15 foot radius with bright moonlight, and a further 15 foot radius with dim light.^[1]

History[]

Campaign Two: The Mighty Nein[]

Yasha Nydoorin purchased a moon-touched greatsword shortly prior to meeting the rest of the Mighty Nein in Trostenwald.^[2] She used the sword for intimidation and battle for a few weeks, until finding the Magician's Judge, at which point she sold the moon-touched sword to Pumat Sol for 40 gold.^[3]

Campaign Three: Bells Hells[]

Dorian Storm wields a moon-touched scimitar, which he usually keeps on his back, hidden under his lute.^[4]^[5] He uses it in combat, and occasionally for light.^[6] He later gifted it to Dariax Zaveon as a bardic "graduation gift".^[7]
