Milus Phren is an archmage and member of the Magisterium in the city of Avalir. As an NPC in Exandria Unlimited: Calamity, Milus Phren is played by Brennan Lee Mulligan.
Description[]
Milus was a reedy, sallow-faced archmage, who was described as being "a nobody" to Nydas Okiro.[2]
Biography[]
Milus approached Nydas Okiro in his offices, saying that he had heard rumors there might be some surplus, clandestinely-held magical Ether in his hands, which could help Milus out of some debts he owed to his higher-ups. Nydas denied any knowledge of this, but was actually concerned that the existence of this private store was known outside the Ring of Brass.[3]
Later, a horned devil in the form of Milus fought with Lacrytia Hollow against the party and was killed.[4] It is unknown whether the devil had always used Phren's form or if this was a more recent impersonation of a previously existing person.
