Madeleine Roux is the author of the Critical Role novel Critical Role: The Mighty Nein - The Nine Eyes of Lucien.
She was born in Minnesota and received her BA in Creative Writing and Acting from Beloit College in 2008. Shortly thereafter, she created the experimental fiction blog "Allison Hewitt Is Trapped", set in a zombie apocalypse, which became the novel of the same name.[2] She followed this with several young adult paranormal and horror fiction series, most notably the Asylum series. She has written several adult historical romance and science fiction novels.
Madeleine has also contributed to licensed fiction set in the "World of Warcraft", "Dungeons & Dragons", and "Star Wars" universes.
