Lothar's family bought property in the Upper Slums sometime between the red dragon Thordak's occupation of the city in 811 PD and 842 PD. Lothar allowed Dariax, Dorian Storm, Fearne Calloway, Opal, and Orym, who had done his family a good turn, to stay at his townhouse.[6]
