Kutha[1][2] is an ogre employee of The Gentleman. As an NPC, Kutha is played by Matthew Mercer.

Appearance[]
Kutha was a hefty, 11-foot tall ogre with a large belly and rippling muscled arms. He had beady dark brown eyes and a "deep, angry jaw" with swinging jowls and broken teeth protruding from underneath. When first encountered by the Mighty Nein in the Evening Nip, he was wearing patchwork hide armor. He stood in the corner guarding the right section of the tavern and held a giant maul.[3]

"Fleeting Memories" (2x14)[]
The Mighty Nein first saw Kutha when they entered the secret portion of Evening Nip tavern. After making a deal with The Gentleman, Caleb Widogast, Nott and Jester tried unsuccessfully to talk to Kutha. After Nott made a joke that he didn't understand, Jester used the Wand of Smiles on him, causing his facial muscles to contort painfully and confusing him.
"The Gentleman's Path" (2x19)[]
As the party left the Evening Nip, Jester flicked the Wand of Smiles at Kutha again, causing him pain like a charlie horse as his facial muscles contorted.[4]
