Kay Clearsight is a spellcaster, general, and commander of the Tide Regiment, one of the four Daxio Outrider regiments stationed at Fort Daxio in the Republic of Tal'Dorei.

Kay studied magic at the Soltryce Academy in the Dwendalian Empire prior to becoming a general in Tal'Dorei's Outriders.[1]
