Jeremiah Sook is the head of Westruun's Farmers' Guild in 812 PD. By that year, over four dozen plainscows had disappeared from the outskirts of Westruun, leaving behind five-foot-deep holes and traces of acid, and the recurring attacks threatened's the city's agriculture and commerce. Because of this, Sook was willing to pay a hefty bounty for the culprits.[1]
