Jane Douglas is a founding member of the D&D web series The Oxventure. Before starting The Oxventure, Jane hosted the video game news YouTube channel "Outside Xbox" beginning in 2012, and worked as a writer and interviewer for Gamespot, as well as occasionally appearing on Inside Xbox.[1] Other than this, she has appeared as an extra in a number of movies including Ready Player One.[2][3] Jane has hosted the BAFTA Games Awards multiple times, including in 2025[4].

Background[]
Jane attended Warwick University in Coventry, England, graduating in 2008 with a Master's degree in Physics.[6] She once worked at the European Space Agency in the Netherlands, when as part of a promotion for Mass Effect Andromeda, Jane and several others were invited to training for the European Space Agency.[1] Her mother is Chinese Malaysian and her father is British.[7]
