A Horn of Silent Alarm is a magic horn that only one creature can hear at a time.

Description[]

The horn has four charges. A creature can expend one charge to blow the horn as an action, targeting one creature within 600 feet. Only that creature can hear the horn, provided they aren't deafened. The horn regains 1d4 charges daily at dawn.[1]

History[]

An individual sold several items to Marwa Endalia, including a Horn of Silent Alarm. Shortly afterwards, she sold the horn to Orym for 30 gold pieces.[2] The next day, he passed the horn to Chetney; as Chetney serves as the frequent scout of the team, Orym thought he would make the most of it.[3]

Chetney utilized the horn to distract and divert Sorrowlord Zathuda and Gloamglut, a fey dragon pursuing Bells Hells through the Sablecast Grounds.[4]
