Biography[]
Background[]
"A Dance of Deception" (3x13)[]
Gavis was present at a masquerade ball given by the Chandei Quorum of Jrusar which was attended by Bells Hells. He gave a brief welcoming speech, interrupted by anonymous voices from the crowd asking what the Quorum was doing about the recent attacks in the city, and gave assurances they were being handled. Gavis later approached Bells Hells expressing fascination with FCG and introducing themself as being from the Aranda Guild of Beautification as well as being the Face of the Quorum. Gavis made polite conversation and mentioned the Dance of the Crossroads would begin soon, a good opportunity to meet a lot of people quickly.
"The Cradle's Convocation" (3x104)[]
Gavis was present at the meeting of the Exandrian Accord in Vasselheim following the defeat of its forces at the base of the Bloody Bridge during the Ruidian conflict. He pointed out that the citizens were terrified and the Alliance was just beginning to discover the depths of the influence of Ludinus Da'leth.[3]

- "Our denizens are in disarray, terrified of the solstice skyline and the vanished red moon, shaken by the whispers of war. While Vanguard growth within most of our communities seem to have been stayed for the moment, we are still just discovering the insidious depths of Ludinus' influence. We need to root it out domestically before we rot from the inside."[4]
