Biography[]
Faramore was first mentioned when Imogen Temult pretended to be working on his behalf to gain an audience with Vali Dertrana[2] Later, while mind-melding with Fresh Cut Grass Imogen had memories of growing up, rearing and raising horses, and dealing with the frustrations of working in farm pastures under Master Faramore.[3] He apparently was involved in creating new breeds of horses[4] which he sold to travelers passing through Gelvaan.[5] Imogen later described him as one of the most powerful men in town with a lot of businesses around Marquet. She and her father ran his stables in Gelvaan.[6]
Master Faramore became the owner of Imogen's favorite mare, Flora, when Imogen left Gelvaan with Laudna. After the events of Campaign Three, the pair returned to the area and Imogen attempted to purchase Flora from him. Master Faramore had heard of Imogen's fame and happily agreed to sell her the horse if she would sign off on a memoir he had written about everything he had taught her. After Laudna succeeded in frightening and intimidating him, he gave Flora to Imogen free of charge.[7]
