Everplume is a massive underwater volcano located in the Lucidian Ocean off the Menagerie Coast. Located in the midst of the Torrid Reef southeast of the Shearing Channel, it is recognized from the surface of the sea by a column of black smoke rising from underneath the water into the sky. The volcano makes the waters murky with soot, filled with toxic fumes, and boiling with heat, and its influence is physically changing the fauna of the reef into fire-based creatures.[1]
Because of the elemental energy observed around the volcano, some experts speculate that a rift to the Elemental Plane of Fire, one the Ashari are not aware of, might be at the center of it.[1]
