Ettins are giants with two independent heads who control their respective sides of the body.
Description[]
Ettins have two heads, both with minds of their own, who can often hardly agree with each other. Consequently they usually don't work in pairs.[3]
Highborn giants banished ettins from the caste system for their chaotic and unstable nature.[4]

The following is drawn from the Monster Manual, 5th Edition:[1]
- Two Heads: The ettin has advantage on Perception checks and on saving throws against being blinded, charmed, deafened, frightened, stunned, and knocked unconscious.
- Wakeful: When one of the ettin's heads is asleep, the other head is awake.
Actions:
- Multiattack
