The Dwendal family are the current rulers of the Dwendalian Empire.
Known Members[]
- Eckhardt Dwendal: a well-respected merchant and tremendous force behind the development of Rexxentrum, instituted the monarchy and placed his son Manfried on the throne.[1]
- Manfried Dwendal: the first emperor of the Dwendalian Empire in 539 PD.[1]
- Alfwin Dwendal: increased the empire's military power by establishing the stronghold of Bladegarden and assimilating Grimgolir into the empire, seeking to hold back the "savage" creatures of Xhorhas.[2]
- Theoderich Dwendal: brokered the partnership with the Clovis Concord of the Menagerie Coast and created new opportunities for trade with the rest of Exandria.[2]
- Willamar Dwendal: established the initial prominence of House Truscan and granted them oversight of the Truscan Vale[2]
- Everard Dwendal: loosened the laws applying to public discourse and established the Augen Trust.[3]
- Bertrand Dwendal: became emperor in 790 PD,[2] and declared war on the Kryn Dynasty and the people of Xhorhas.[4]

- At some point in their history, a consecuted soul from the Kryn Dynasty was born into this family. They left for Xhorhas and founded Den Duendalos, and the Dwendalian Empire erased all records of their existence.[6]
