Draegloths are four-armed fiends created by a mix of drow and demon blood in some of the darker drow societies.[2]
Appearance[]
Draegloths are large creatures with two pairs of arms, like a glabrezu: one pair is muscular and clawed, and the other is similar to an elf's. They have gray skin and silver-white hair like many drow, but monstrous and mutated; their hair runs in a stripe down their back, and they have sharp teeth in a doglike snout.[1][2] At least some draegloths have pale irises.[3]

History[]
Campaign Two: The Mighty Nein[]
When the Mighty Nein and Vilya traversed Rumblecusp, a panicked draegloth crossed paths with the party as it fled from a massive Tyrannosaurus rex; the party hid in illusory foliage as the dinosaur caught and devoured the fiend. Caleb Widogast and Beauregard Lionett immediately recognized the type of creature, and knowing that draegloths live almost exclusively in the Underdark, understood immediately that it made no sense to see one in the jungle on a tropical island.[2] This was an early clue that creatures from far and wide had been shunted to Rumblecusp.

In the late 830s or early 840s PD, Quana Kryn traveled to the Ghostlands to meet with Dryca and confirm the appearance of another Luxon beacon. There, her party was ambushed by draegloths.[4] Quana was captured and ended up in the Dreadnest, the domain of the Spider Queen.
