Dockmaster Abban is in charge of the docks of Emon. As an NPC, Abban is played by Matthew Mercer.

Appearance[]
Abban has dark reddish-brown skin. He is shaved completely bald with no facial hair, and has piercing blue-gray eyes. When Vox Machina met him, he wore a billowing white shirt, well tailored pants, and mid-rise boots.[2]
Personality[]
Abban was noted for a his bright white smile, and greeted Vox Machina with an air of charisma and mild impatience. He was friendly and cordial with a dry sense of humor, but had a matter-of-fact attitude towards any business-related conversations.[3]

"Daring Days" (1x86)[]
Vox Machina encountered Abban while seeking a ship to escort them to Vesrah in order to complete Keyleth's Aramenté.[4][5] Abban referred the party to Captain Adella.[6]
