Davin is very crotchety and blunt. He demanded to be fed and let out before any other prisoners in "In the Belly of the Beast" (1x54).

Davin was thrown in the Iron Stocks for an unknown reason, but was drunk at the time he was arrested.[2]

Davin was a prisoner in the Iron Stocks in Westruun before being freed by Grog. He agreed to help fight Umbrasyl after receiving a longsword from Grog.
