Core spawn crawlers are the smallest and most common type of core spawn.
Description[]
These agile creatures, which almost always travel in groups called "veins", scutter around on four nonuniform, lanky, taloned limbs, and they have a prehensile tail with another hooked talon. They have no eyes.[2]
Abilities[]
All of the following is from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, p. 286.
- Skill expertise: Perception
- Damage immunity: Psychic
- Condition immunity: Blinded
- Pack Tactics: Advantage on attack rolls against a creature within 5 feet of one of the crawler's non-incapacitated allies
- Actions:
- Bite: Deals piercing damage; on a hit, the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of the crawler until the start of the crawler's next turn
- Claws: Deals slashing damage
- Tail: Deals piercing damage
- Multiattack: One bite attack, two claw attacks, one tail attack
