Christopher Sabat is a prolific voice actor and director best known for voicing Vegeta, Piccolo, and others in the Dragon Ball franchise, and All Might in My Hero Academia, although his list of credits is extensive. About his involvement in The Legend of Vox Machina, Travis Willingham said: "We did have TV's Christopher Sabat to come in. He's the guy that they slay at the beginning of nine. It's a bunch of big Herd members, so Chris was like, "Oh, am I going to play a big barbarian type?" We were like, no, you're the guy they're going to hit. "Okay, cool."[4]
