Bosun, also known as Bo the Breaker, is a half-orc member of The Fletching and Moondrop Traveling Carnival of Curiosities. As an NPC, Bo is played by Matthew Mercer.

Appearance[]
Bosun is a tall, masculine half-orc man with a well-groomed handlebar mustache that curves out to the sides. He wears a billowing white silk shirt and black trousers.

Background[]
When Lestera died Bosun cried a lot, although he mentioned hers was the happiest corpse he had ever seen, which cheered up his friends a bit.[2]
Bo the Breaker accompanied the carnival to Nogvurot between 834 and the first half of 835 PD, when Molly scammed a lawmaster who was scamming his own people; he and the Fire Fairy performed for the locals.[3]
"Curious Beginnings" (2x01)[]
Bosun was seen playing drums and pulling Kylre into the performance tent. He also told the party that they would find out why people called him "The Breaker" during the show. This suggests he did more than just play drums during his performance.
"A Show of Scrutiny" (2x02)[]
Bosun was brought before Lawmaster Norda alongside the rest of the carnival and the Mighty Nein. He protested when Gustav Fletching attempted to take sole responsibility for the attack, but was shut down. He and Gustav were then moved into cells within the Stockade.
"Disparate Pieces" (2x04)[]
After the circus was disbanded, Bosun, Ornna and Toya decided to leave together and create their own show. Gustav bequeathed to them whatever equipment they needed to do so.
