All-Purpose Tool is a simple screwdriver that can transform into a variety of artisan's tools.[1]

As an action, artificer can touch the All-Purpose Tool and transform it into any type of artisan's tool of their choice (see Player's Handbook, p. 154). Whatever form the tool takes, they are proficient with it.[1]
While holding this tool, an artificer gains a bonus to the spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs on artificer's spells. The bonus is determined by the tool's rarity.[1]
As an action, the user can choose a cantrip from any class list and, for 8 hours, cast that cantrip, as if it were an artificer's cantrip. Once this property is used, it can't be used again until the next dawn.[1]
