We know there's going to be a good amount of homebrew (new subclasses, new feats, new spells, new backgrounds by Jeremy Crawford and Chris Perkins) in this campaign. I mean, the three campaigns have plenty of homebrew elements in them but this time, we've been given a heads up for C4.
It's safe to assume that Wicander is not your ordinary Cleric with probably a homebrew subclass.
