I think it will depend on two things:
How they choose to adapt Orthax’s role in the campaign. When they tried resurrecting him on-stream, they had to cast Greater Restoration as well because Orthax was eating Percy’s soul. They had at least a day or two in-between his death and resurrection, so it’ll depend on if they stick with that timeline of Orthax’s feast or expedite it. It would seem like at least a few days have passed since that moment in the show, so I’m hesitant to believe Percy’s soul will remain intact long enough to save him.
Even if they can save his soul, it won’t matter if Pike doesn’t learn resurrection magic this season. It seemed like they’ve been hinting at her enhancing her cleric abilities given her arc this season & the death of Kash, but it all depends on how they choose to handle resurrection magic within the context of the show.
Overall I would love to see it happen, but it seems unlikely unless they make some major changes in these last three episodes. I also think that while it was a strong narrative moment and overall works within the show, it did seem a bit out-of-character/PIS (plot induced stupidity) for Percy to put his guard down and extend his trust to Ripley after everything she’s done, even when accounting for his past few episodes with Vex. I’m excited to see what happens!
